Three Whale Framework
Is my signature map for people who are open to more—and want to do it safely. It blends grounded nervous-system work with depth-oriented practices, so insight becomes embodied change, not a temporary high.
At its core are three pillars:
Body — nervous system regulation, breath, somatic anchoring, capacity-building.
Field — relational dynamics, belonging, boundaries, ancestral/systemic awareness.
Consciousness — transpersonal depth, meaning, expanded states held with integrity. You can enter through any pillar.
But the order is intentional: safety first, then field, then expansion—so your life can actually hold what your spirit wants.
Why "Three Whales?"
My alternative - Safe expansion
We don’t “leave the body to transcend it.” We build the body as a stable home—then open depth in a way that’s integrated, relationally clean, and ethically held.
8- weeks algorithm
Week 1 — Inner Harbor
Safety baseline. Build your personal “return-to-body” cues.
Outcome: you can reliably come back to steadiness.
Week 2 — Vagus Wave
Regulation + rhythm. Breath pacing, gentle vibration, nervous system friendliness.
Outcome: less reactivity, more capacity.
Week 3 — Parts Pod
Inner coherence. Meet inner parts without forcing positivity.
Outcome: less inner conflict, more self-trust.
Week 4 — Kind Boundaries
Field clarity. Belong without disappearing.
Outcome: cleaner relationships, stronger center.
Week 5 — Ancestral Release
Systemic relief. Return inherited weight; keep the gift.
Outcome: more energy, less invisible obligation.
Week 6 — Safe Vastness
Transpersonal depth. Expansion anchored in embodiment.
Outcome: depth without floating, insight without losing yourself.
Week 7 — True Trajectory
Vision into action. Choose one true step your body can support.
Outcome: momentum that doesn’t burn you out.
Week 8 — Return Home
Integration. Stabilize your new baseline and choose what continues.
Outcome: sustainable change, not a temporary peak.
Who this is for?
This is for you if you’re:
-
open to transpersonal experience and you value psychological maturity
-
creative, sensitive, visionary—sometimes skeptical, always intelligent, tired of “more information” and craving embodied truth
-
ready to meet your depth without sacrificing your stability
Not ideal if you’re seeking:
-
quick fixes, performative enlightenment, or intensity for intensity’s sake
-
a rigid formula that ignores your unique nervous system and context
Ethics & Safety:
-
this framework is held by consent, safety, cultural respect, and integration-first.
-
no one-size-fits-all
-
regulation before expansion
Integration over intensity:
-
clear boundaries + clean consent
Important note: this work is educational and transformational—but it is not a substitute for medical or mental health treatment. If you’re in acute crisis, licensed care is the right support.
